This recipe right here as always been a hit sensation with the kids and adult alike. I remembered when I learned how to make stir-fry at the Natural Gourmet Institute and came home and immediately adapted the dish to my island palate. It took a lot of failed attempts to create a simple yet savory symphony of Asian and Island flavors. I told you a hundred time I love Asian food, it has to be the ancestors flowing through my veins.
