This recipe came to my mind as I was market shopping- I love eating lamb from childhood, as it a very common protein in Barbados. In this recipe I want to build the flavors not just in the meat but also in the BBQ sauce which I basically purchased from the store and add more flair to it. The black belly sheep back in Barbados meat tends to have a much sweeter taste compared to the U.S lamb, none the less, lamb has a truly delectable flavor that everyone can enjoy!
