In our house, we eat balsamic vinaigrette with almost every meal. Sometimes to the point that it becomes monotonous and boring; leaving the salad something just to the side of the plate. I recently decided to put this to an end and start making creative salad dressing with some flair and interest. Since we already like balsamic vinaigrette why not dress it up a bit?
