I love trying out new recipes and flavors and adding my own spin to things. I adapted this recipe from the Cookbook Daisy Cooks and added my own island flair to bring about some more interest. The cachucha or ajicitos peppers are small sweet pepper that carry a small kick and are used in many latin dishes . These little guys have a stunning resemblance to habanero/scotch bonnet pepper but be aware the flavors and heat are worlds apart. This seasoning can be used to flavor meats or rice dishes to add my latin flair to any cuisine.
