Apple Cider Vinegar is one of my favorite condiments to have around the house. This sweet but sour vinegar has a ton of health benefits from alkalizing your body and soothing an upset stomach to making a delicious home-made ketchup. One of my favorite brands is Bragg’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother. It’s worth every dime and pack an amazing “apple punch”.

This recipe was literally birthed right out of sheer necessity – one evening, I become bored eating the store bought salad dressing and needed something with more interest. The honey used in the below recipe takes the edge off, and the ginger adds a small zing to the dressing. The beautiful thing is you can add almost anything to this dressing to make it your own creation. Enjoy!
