My journey in the culinary world has truly been in an amazing adventure. Growing up as a child I remember each day I played with my toys in the kitchen while I watched my grandmother cook lunch and dinner. My granny allowed me to stir the rice or shell fresh beans from the garden. It was these familiar experiences that taught me to love and appreciate the beauty of fresh home cooked meals.
From that moment I was destined to be in the culinary arena. Sharing this love for eating, specifically eating healthy without sacrificing taste, has become my passion; to educate and provide cooking classes and lessons so that others can share in the culture and flavors of the home that inspires my work of the beautiful island that influences my Culinary Point Of View.
